Almond Creme Pear Tart
Finaly I did this tart.. I like the base when I 1st try it.. and decided to try it myself.. finaly my courage have borne good result.
I managed to make a rather neat n even pastry.. however it shrink while I was bind baking.. guess I over handle the dough..nonetheless its nice.. dear say so too =)
However its very hard to caramelised the pear topping.. so it looks rather pale.. but the crust was brown and nice ... guess how nice it is?? we had 1 medium tart each after dinner..
