Champagne Pork Chop
Bought some shoulder butt chops at carrefour todayActualy I did not know its good for pork chop until Juliana told me the other day so I went bk to buy some to try cooking fo dear..
No idea hwo to make the marinate and sauce... went thru my files.. saw this Champange pork chop and gave it a try since i got half a bottle of champagne left... result was GREAT!
Dear who dun like pork.. actualy like this..he say its nice =) yipee.. next time can make more
