Scallop & Clam Rice
After sampling what the lady insisted that I try at Isetan while doing grocery shoping... hehe...I bought this 2 packs of Japanese scallops and clams...
it can be use to cook with rice.. porridge, soup n etc...
I have cooked it a couple of times..usualy for my home alone meal...
Today i decided it shall go sth beyong jus clams and scallops =) after tasting the rice at Sun Moon Dining.
Adding the usual sake, and shoyu to the rice with sesame oil n seed... I also added some konnyaku strips... pickled ginger as well as mix vege for a more balanced diet...
I just need to boil everythg over the stove just like how I usualy cook my rice.

Toss it a little to make sure everythg is even...
The rice is brownish... and flavourful!
The konnyaku gives a diff kind of bite to the rice... and the pickled ginger is refreshing =)
Spotted the clams n scallops??
All done under 15 mins... EASY MEAL!
