Lovely Pineapple Tarts
Its been a yearly affair that I sell my pineapple tart.. however this year I scale down... since I was trying to experiment with many other things...
The tarts are at its BEST taste this year.. at least no one complain of the sourish-ness... n they love the pastry... crispy and yet melt in the mouth... actualy its same recipe all over again somehow... well I guess its my shkillful hands uh? hehe...
Rachel who order from me.. mention herbf family fiish the hwoel box in 1 day... and mum also fin the whole box I gave them in 1 day.. I guess today thou 1st day of CNy I got no choice but to make a fresh batch for her.. else my 2 sisters will scream and say they hav not eaten any.. hehe
