Grilled Chicken Foccacia sandwich
With the Foccacia bread I bake earlier.. I made this sandwiches for dinner...
Grill chicken with sauteed mushroom and egg.. accompanied with some sweet peas...
used my egg ring for the sunnyside up.. look so pretty... sautee mushroom with coarse salt and olive oil... add int he peas to cook it quickly... top with chicken... oh yes the chicken was pregrilled to perfection.... marinated with garlic honey, and herbs... Wated to use spinach but I cant get any... and cheese too but I thought too much carbo already thou everythg was healthy enuff since no butter or other oil except Olive oil was used.
Foccacia Bread
Attempted this today... It uses potato in the dough too.. I think prob its a bit like those potato bread..
dough was quite wet compare to other kind of bread dough.. but im glad it turn out fine...
No Coconut Milk Chiffon Cake
Attempted this today after the CNY break...
Really good... very soft.. thou I think I willw ant to bake it longer then its not so moist..
The cake is really tall for my 21cm cake tin... will attempt this again =)
Sesame Plant
I love Sesame... but I never know how they look like in their original form.. Finaly i chanced upon this at the zoo.. Im so thrilled.... its my 1st ever time...

Reunion Dinner
8 of us have dinner at my place last night... Reunion dinner thats it...
Bought 盘菜From Tan Kah Sharkfin. Personaly I dont thik its much nicer than the normal ones they sell in the shop... which is much cheaper.. this oen cost $118.... and I think they kind of added a bit too much MSG .. was rather thirsty after eating it.. And my family din even finish the peng cai thou there is so many of us.. I guess my sister n dad still prefer my home cook food ah... Look sat Caca face when she heard I did not cook everythign myself hahaa

Lovely Pineapple Tarts
Its been a yearly affair that I sell my pineapple tart.. however this year I scale down... since I was trying to experiment with many other things...
The tarts are at its BEST taste this year.. at least no one complain of the sourish-ness... n they love the pastry... crispy and yet melt in the mouth... actualy its same recipe all over again somehow... well I guess its my shkillful hands uh? hehe...
Rachel who order from me.. mention herbf family fiish the hwoel box in 1 day... and mum also fin the whole box I gave them in 1 day.. I guess today thou 1st day of CNy I got no choice but to make a fresh batch for her.. else my 2 sisters will scream and say they hav not eaten any.. hehe

alot of work.. and very sweet... really BTH liao... i think I will try to reduce the sugar by half...
then again... alot of work leh.. arghhh.. thou it onli uses egg white n sugar and of cos flour...

Cynthia ordered a cake for her birthday tomorrow.. since i got class tomorrow so I did it tonite..
Her favourite yellow.. so I tot sunflower will be great.. since she is cheery liek a sunflower always =) and not forgetting the korean words which means Happy Birthday Cynthia... she is my korean classmate in Cambridge hehe
