Lazy Sunday Fried beehoon
Mum passed me some canned food as well as beehoon and other dry goods.
She also made some har bee hiam which is rare since she doesnt like to cook.
I wanted to utilise the pack of mushroom she gotten for us from her holiday trip since my pantry is bursting with all these! The best way is to cook everything together...
dear loves beehoon.. so does my greedy sis.. so it makes great sense that i cook this for lunch.. I had a portion saved for myself for lunch tomorrow!
