Keeping Prawns Fresh
I learnt today that, if you want to freeze the prawns you bought from themarket and at same time keep them fresh.. just sprinkle the prawns with sugar and(my friend Leelee from baking mum say can omit salt since prawns are salty already)
Thats something new to me.. since I thought sugar might sweeten the prawns.. ANyway shall try it next time round =)
