Ever since Edna's party, I been thinking of this dish. Our caterer had this fried mee siam on their menu. Its was too yummy. But I did not have enough time to eat since I got far too many guests!
Decided to cook it this weekend to satisfy my cravings!

Fish Slice Mee Sua
We are due to visit 1 of our friend and their new born later today. Edna is napping. I haven got an idea what to have for brunch. we went to Giant last night and spent some $200 on grocery... imagine its at Giant and im spending that much! and most of the food stuff belongs to Edna! It prob will last her 1 week. The fish is a killer.. i think fish alone was like $50 bucks! I bought her the cream snapper which she had eaten some time back. I try to stock up more since now i dont frequent Isetan so often as I drive to school. I encounter some days where i got no food for her and need to run down to get her some meat.
Anyway, since the fridge is filled up with her grocery, I took some of it and transform it to our food!
I marinated the fish with some sesame oil, pepper and soy sauce. and cook it with the vege stock made from the play cheat method aka stock cube. Add some chinese spinach... thats our brunch!

The lobster was good! the meat was really firm n nice. I will def buy it again when I have my Xmas party!

Lina been a great help to me for the past week ever since she came!!!! She kept my house nearly dust/dirt free!!! Unfortunately the lil one been trying to b difficult and refuse to let Lina go near her... Lina was all the more patient and loving to her... hoping to ease my load off at least for the next 2 weeks.
I did not ask her to cook our meals since I guess she got plenty of other thing to do. But she loves to help me out in the kitchen. She helped me to minced a pack of garlic so that I can fry them. With it, I cook pasta again. Emptying the fridge of the mushroom n bacons.. that was our lunch for today! She love it! And said will cook for me if she got a chance =)
Salmon Sashimi Don
I was facebooking the other day when KC said he got the salmon roes to give away. His client had given him 1 whole kg of these! I was more than happy when he shared this with me.
All i need to do is to buy some salmon sashimi and make it a complete meal!

I cook the sushi rice, drizzled some sesame oil over the rice for the fragrance. topped with the salmon roes n sashimi slices... it was a good meal after the girl went to bed! we ate in peace!!!! I avoided eating in her presence since she is not allow to take raw food!
