Double Orange Chiffon cake


While baking cookies seems easy.. baking a cake is not.. let alone chiffon... I highly regard chiffon cake as artistic cake since it do really required a degree of skillt o make a proper one... after years of trying.. this year i managed to do a proper chiffon... and thou I believe it can be better..
Today I did this Double orange chiffon... Mainly named it cos its 2 different size of chiffon.. the mini pan was a gift from Aileen when she went to Tokyo.. fantastic pan... the texture is just right for my cake.. the bigger pan seems to give a a bit more dense cake despite I used the same mixture..

Im very determine to do good chiffon.. and thus Im looking forward to Judy Koh's class next month...
