Vietnamese Beef Pho

I rem when i was few months pregnant, dear brought me to our favourite vietnamese restaurant at Siglap, I ordered the usual Pho... to my horror half way after I ate, i went to the ladies and.... I rem it was the most horrible experience of morning sickness I ever had. I shall not go into that!

Now, 10 mths after i have given birth, it seems almost impossible to go to that restaurant since they prob have nothg much to offer on the menu for a 10 month old. So I can only dream bout it or DIY at home.

Not the 1st time I do it anywat, and here goes.
Thanx J for the recipe again!

Cabbage Rice (AGAIN)

I haven got much time to blog long post nowadays since time is precious!
On days when I have to choose between resting or eating, I choose to rest! Its pretty tiring to bring 1 baby out to school and cook for her not forgetting playing and reading with her... yes a 10 mth old kids now need to be read to almost every day (like 2 to 3 times a day!)

One of the easiest to cook 1 pot meal. So I have been making this very often especially when my girl's friends and mummies come over for playdate. Since the ingredients are very versatile, I just need to clear my fridge and there I got a pot of nice and fluffy cabbage rice!

I added some deep fried sakura shrimp to the pot of rice to cook together! Smells good!

Shoyu Ramen with Hanjuku Egg

Wanted to do this Hanjuku egg for the longest time.. finally time permits when the lil one was sleeping!

Rather easy to make except that we need to watch the timing for the egg. I bought the pack of ramen from Isetan otw home from school last week. The ramen rocks!!!!! The rich broth and q q ramen goes all too well with the egg. No wonder my lil girl want to have more!
